What currency are the prices do I see in the site?

All prices are in CAD by default, but can show in USD if your IP is from the USA

I just placed an order, when will it ship? How long is the transit time?

All our products ship from Canada. We have warehouses in Toronto, London (Ontario), Calgary and Vancouver. We will ship from the closest warehouse depending on availability.

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow up to 3 days of handling time for your order to ship out. On average, shipping times are between 3-7 business days depending on where you live. It could take longer if you live in remote areas of Canada and in the USA due to border crossing.

For example, if you place an order on January 1st, we will ship it out by January 4th at the latest, then take another 3-7 days of transit time. If you ordered a faster shipping service, the transit time will be faster.

Please understand that we do not have any guarantee on shipping times, no matter which shipping service you choose. There is a multitude of variables that come into play when it comes to shipping. If you have paid for faster shipping, and it does not arrive on the guaranteed time based on transit time, excluding handling time, please contact us, and we will refund your shipping fee.

We also use a multitude of shipping carriers and 3PL warehouses, including Amazon. We may substitute for another shipment method for the fastest service possible.

We may also ship in multiple packages to speed up the process.

Tracking numbers will be updated once your order has been shipped.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

We offer a 100 % wamth guarantee, if you are not happy for any reason you can return your product for a full refund. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. For domestic return shipping, minus remote areas and the USA we provide a free shipping label. Once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include all a name and order number on the returned parcels.

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email . If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

What warranty comes with the hand warmers?

We have a 1 year no hassle warranty from the date of purchase. We will either have you send in your hand warmer for repair or send a replacement.
